Byzantine fortress of Gynaikokastro

The worship building, possibly a church, is partially preserved next to the southeast gate of the fortress. Its excavation has not been completed, and its use is speculated by the semicircular arch that was revealed during the excavation. Among the revealed remains of the building is included a non-ribbed column.
